Power Walking DVD - Mon/Tues/Thurs 9am-10am 

DVD-led session. 50-55 minutes of guided body movement set to The Hits. Come for the music! Come for the camaraderie! Come for the calorie-burn! It's invigorating and fun. Commences with a warm-up and concludes with cool-down body stretches. Follow at your own page: from the four foundation steps and gentle walking on the spot to the energetic, all-over body workout. Wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes/runners.

Monday Yoga - Monday 1.30pm-2.30pm 

This graceful form of yoga is based on soft flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation, and the session finishes with relaxing meditation. Experienced female facilitator. Wear comfortable clothing and footwear. 

Strength and Stretch DVD - Tues 11am-12pm, Thurs 2.30pm-3.30pm

DVD-led session of gentle exercises seated in a chair, to stretch and strengthen your body to assist with fitness and good health. Wear comfortable clothing.

Tai Chi for Arthritis and Osteoporosis - Mon 10am-11am

Suitable for chronic conditions. It is easy to learn and enjoyable program. It consists of warm up and cool down exercises, and is based on 'Sun Style' Yang style Tai Chi. The gentle and slow body movements practiced in this form of exercise also help to relax muscles, strengthen bones, improve balance, flexibility, coordination, prevent falls, and manage pain. All Tai Chi for health purposes is designed in close consultation with medical experts in their respective field with safety as the top priority.

Tai Chi - Wed 3pm-4pm

This form of Tai Chi helps with arthritis, fall prevention and general well-being. Wear comfortable clothing and footwear.
