PNH Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2024

The AGM was held on Thursday 17 October 2024 at 5pm in the Parkview Room at Parks Hall. 

All committee positions except for Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer will become vacant. Nominations for committee positions are now open to current financial members of PNH. 

The following documents were available prior to the AGM:

Annual Report 2024 - a paper copy is also available (for viewing only) at PNH Office.

Position descriptions for Committee roles - you can nominate yourself or another member to one or more of these positions. If you are interested in a committee position and want to discuss the role with an existing committee member, please let the Office know and it will be arranged.

Nomination Form - return to the Office or via email at enquiry@portnh.org.au by close of business on 10 October 2024. Paper copies available at PNH office. 

Proxy Form - if you are unable to attend the AGM and are eligible to vote, please use the proxy form and return to secretary by 5pm on 17 October by one of the following:

  • by hand at the Office
  • via email at enquiry@portnh.org.au 
  • by hand to the Chairperson at the start of the meeting.
